Startup Internship Program

SIP Collage Final
Thanks to a grant from the John E. Hughes Foundation, the Coleman Entrepreneurship Center sponsors undergraduate student internships over the summer at local Chicago startups. Selected from a pool of student applicants, the most qualified students choose three companies that interest them from a list of startups that have also applied for the program. After meeting and interviewing with each potential startup, each student is matched to their best-fit company through a mutual agreement. Once the match has been made, students begin their internships of 125 hours over the course of the summer.

In 2015, the Center was able to sponsor six undergraduate student internships. To read more about the 2015 Startup Internship Program, click here.
