PARTNER EVENT: Startup Funding Workshop with RJ Pahura and Terri Friel

OVERVIEW: The basic fundamentals and a bit more detailed talk of startup and early stage private placement raises.

Venture Connects welcomes 1871 members to our Startup Funding Workshop for both early stage investors and entrepreneurs. Our CEO & Founder, RJ Pahura, has been involved in starting a handful of companies with successful exits. Our team will give detailed discussions on creating term sheets, valuations, the due diligence process, investor pitch meeting strategies and the art of the deck. The workshop will close with Q&A and an open group discussion. We are thrilled to share our expertise with you. Come ready to learn, give feedback, ask questions, expand your network and have a great time.
