BIOS:

Dave Habiger
Dave Habiger is a Venture Partner at Pritzker Group Venture Capital, and a successful serial entrepreneur and company leader. Over his career, Dave has served as CEO of Sonic Solutions (sold to Rovi for ~$1B), NDS (acquired by Cisco for $5B), and Textura (sold to Oracle for $663M). In 2008, Habiger was chosen as one of Corporate Leader Magazine’s 40 under 40 business leaders and regularly appears as an industry expert on media outlets including CNBC, CNN, Fox, The Street.Com and Bloomberg TV. Hollywood Reporter chose him as one of 2010’s Digital Power 50 and in 2011 Habiger was chosen as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Mr. Habiger is a director on numerous public and private boards.

Carter Cast
Carter Cast is a Venture Partner at Pritzker Group Venture Capital, and played a pivotal role in building multiple iconic consumer internet brands. Carter started his career in marketing for Frito Lay, then became the founding CMO of Blue Nile, the CMO of eBay, the CMO of Electronic Arts, the CEO of Walmart.com, and the CEO of Hayneedle. In 2011, Carter joined the faculty of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he is a clinical professor teaching entrepreneurship and marketing. Carter sits on the board of SMS Assist and is also a member of the advisory board of Northwestern University’s Kellogg Innovation Network.
