OVERVIEW: When launching a new company or trying to figure out financial models, revenue and expense projections, new entrepreneurs look at a blank excel spreadsheet and don’t know how to start.  How do you create reasonable 3-5 year projections?  How do you figure out how much money you need to raise now?  With so much uncertainty, how can you even start to put together a budget?
